1. How do I set up an account?

Creating an account is simple and quick! You can manage your orders, look back at your order history, and do a lot more with an account!

1. How do I find my account?

Click Account, which is situated at the upper right corner of antivcare.com, to access your account.

Click Create an Online Account to create one if you don’t already have one. Enter the phone number that appears on your account. In order to claim the account, you will be required to authenticate your identity if our system locates your phone number.

You will see a portion of the username if our system locates an account that has been set up with a password and username. The password must be entered when prompted. Please use the Forgot your Password link if you are unable to remember.

1. How do I create a shopping list?

Click here to create a Wish List.

To create or manage your wish list(s):

• Hover your mouse over Account at the top of the page (if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted).
• Click on Wish Lists
• Select an existing list or create a new list by clicking the button at the bottom.

You can add items to your list while shopping on the website, just click the “Add to List” button which is located below each product. 

Organize and share your lists however you choose; there is no limit to the number of lists you can create.
