You can ask for a refund if you haven’t gotten the activation/license key from our system yet. If you can’t get to the key, you can connect to our customer service team.
Once the activation or license key has been received, there will be no more refunds.
Before buying the license or activation key, we suggest that customers make sure the program works with their hardware.
Please make sure you haven’t taken off the license or activation key before starting the return process.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
