Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with relevant information as soon as you place your order.
Currently, we do not offer Same-Day Delivery.
We do not offer an in-store pick-up option at this time. All orders are sent directly to the email address provided during checkout.
Most of the orders are not delayed. But under some circumstances, an order can be placed on hold for the reasons such as improper functioning of the payment card company’s authorization. If so, we will contact you to use a different payment method.
To get an invoice related to a delivery order, visit antivcare.com and move your cursor over Account, which is situated in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose Order Tracking & History from the drop-down menu. Fill the relevant order number and get your receipt.
We will give you an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. The most exact information may be obtained from the tracking data. You may track all of your orders at antivcare.com, in addition to using the links in the order confirmation email. Hover your cursor over the upper right corner of the antivcare.com homepage, and choose Account. After logging in, you may examine your order history and get tracking information for the selected order or orders. You can also track an order using the order number and phone number linked to it..
